It features new appliances, a brand-new washer and dryer, new floor, new carpet, fresh paint, an updated kitchen and bathrooms, great natural light, and spacious rooms perfect for families or groups. The private backyard offers a refreshing pool — ideal for families, groups, and work travelers to unwind. Heated pool and spa options are available for an additional fee — please inquire for pricing details. Ambient pool use is always complimentary with your stay.

We loved the Modern Desert Stay. 4 real bedrooms and 2 real bathrooms. The pool was super cold which was very refreshing after a morning hike or afternoon baseball game. 7 minutes for real from Peoria sports complex. FYI We tried nearby ballpark pizza and loved it. Eunice is a pro host, great communication and accommodation. This is a real house, nicely outfitted for a large group.
