We had a nice stay here! The inside of the house was nice and clean and you can hear the falls from outside the door! The host responded back fairly promptly and was helpful!!

This property was an excellent choice to accommodate a group visiting Niagara Falls for a conference. Conveniently located in the heart of downtown and a short walk from most attractions to include the Casinos and parks. There are several shops and stores nearby. The host were exceptional and very responsive displaying great customer service! The house is beautiful and very spacious for families and large groups. The upstairs and downstairs dual kitchen layout was perfect. I would highly recommend this property!

The home had several maintenance issues that impacted our stay. Multiple outlets didn’t work, including in the bedrooms, which made it inconvenient to charge devices or use basic electronics. There were visible holes and damaged drywall in several areas, and some of the furniture felt worn, unstable, or in need of repair. The downstairs sink drained extremely slowly, often taking several minutes to clear, which made it frustrating to use for even simple tasks.We also noticed a strong musty odor downstairs that was present throughout our stay, suggesting a possible moisture or ventilation issue. It was persistent and affected overall comfort, especially in the lower level living spaces. In addition, some areas of the home did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned prior to arrival, which contributed to the impression that the property was not being consistently maintained.While our immediate street seemed fine, the surrounding area did not feel as welcoming or comfortable as expected, particularly in the evenings. This made us less inclined to spend time outside or explore nearby on foot.Overall, while the location itself was convenient, the maintenance concerns, cleanliness issues, and surrounding environment made the stay less enjoyable than we had hoped. We hope these issues can be addressed, as the property has potential but would benefit greatly from more consistent upkeep and attention to detail.
