There is a new bosch washer / dryer, customizable heat and cooling via heat pump, Gigabit Fiber WiFi, and Apple TV.

Cedar house is an ADU built behind a primary residence on a rather large lot on a quiet street in North Oakland. The house is about 100 ft off the street, with its own private 300 sq ft deck and abutting orchard-ette, with fig, pear, persimmon and plum trees. The house is accessed via a walking path through the garden. The path is partitioned from the primary residence, but Mona, the family dog (border collie) may be hanging out nearby.
