✔ Replacement fees will be charged for any lost keys, remotes, or gate openers. Additional charges may apply for damages to appliances or amenities (such as the hot tub, board games, etc. or which ever applies), especially if caused by misuse or failure to follow provided instructions.
✔ Report any issues within 24 hours of arrival.
✔ Unauthorized early check-in/late checkout incurs a fee equal to peak nightly rate.
✔ Cancellations and refunds follow platform policies.
✔ Do not move or remove furniture, décor, or electronics—damages will be charged.
✔ We recommend travel insurance. Refunds aren’t guaranteed during outages or severe weather.
✔ Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM. Neighbor complaints may lead to termination without refund.
