The interior of this little house was clean and roomy. The bed was king sized and very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. The owner was quite thoughtful and even left me a birthday card and some cookies. She had some snacks available in a basket and two bottles of water in the fridge. The WiFi worked great.While there is not a kitchen, there is a coffee maker and a grill and charcoal provided on the porch. I’m a very light sleeper so the train did keep me up but my husband had no problem sleeping through the night ( it’s a problem I’ve always had… I lived in a house for 10 years and the train there woke me constantly throughout the entire 10 years despite every one telling me I’d get used to it). A great stay for 99% of people- I’m just a terrible sleeper.Bonus points for me was the fact that Dolly Parton once used it as a dressing room for a local concert. RIP Dolly.
