Escape to The Breezy Pines, a stylish lake retreat in The Hideout with 2 pools, private beaches, golf, and more. Cozy décor, a dreamy screened porch, a coffee bar, and a twinkle-lit fire pit make it perfect for families, friends, and couples.
The Space
Step inside and unwind in the open-concept living room featuring soaring ceilings, abundant natural light, and a stunning stone propane fireplace — the heart of the home. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy, whether it’s a family breakfast or a cozy dinner.
Sleeping Arrangements (Max occupancy: 9 guests):
• Upstairs Primary Bedroom: King bed + private full bath
• Downstairs Bedroom: Large queen bed, steps away from updated full bath
• Upstairs Loft: Spacious lounge area that doubles as a second family room with additional sleeping accommodations (queen bed + twin daybed)
• Extra Sleeping: Sofa bed for flexibility
Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails in the screened porch, relax on the front and rear decks, or gather around the twinkle-lit fire pit for s’mores and stargazing. A vintage record player and a fully stocked coffee bar add extra charm.
Community Amenities (Included with Your Stay)
As a guest at The Breezy Pines, you’ll enjoy full access to The Hideout’s private, resort-style amenities:
• 2 heated seasonal pools + 2 private lake beaches
• 9-hole golf course (small fee )
• Indoor/outdoor pickleball, tennis & basketball courts
• Shuffleboard, playgrounds & ball fields
• Recreation center, fitness center( small fee ) & clubhouse
• On-site restaurant/bar, tiki bar & seasonal snack bars
• Scenic walking trails and more
Everything is just minutes away and many amenities are walkable from our house.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire home (except locked owner’s closets) and all Hideout community amenities. Parking passes will be provided for your stay.
Interaction with Guests
Our friendly property manager co-host is available if you need assistance during your stay, but you’ll have plenty of privacy to relax and enjoy.
Other Things to Note
🐾 Pets
• Service dogs are always welcome, in accordance with ADA guidelines. They must remain under control at all times.
• Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not automatically permitted in short-term rentals; please check with us before booking.
🔑 Community Guidelines
• Our home is in a secured, gated community (The Hideout). Guests must complete a simple rental contract within 72 hours of booking (includes guest names and ages). Late forms may result in a $100 community fee.
• Violations of house or community rules may result in citations or possible eviction.
🚗 Occupancy & Parking
• Maximum occupancy: 9 guests.
• Parking is limited to 4 cars in the driveway. No street parking or additional visitors are permitted.
Good to Know
• Items provided in the home (games, appliances, décor, etc.) may change without notice.
• Wildlife is common — deer, turkeys, and the occasional bear! Please do not leave food outdoors.
