Nestled in Camillo, this delightful house boasts 4 bright bedrooms - 3 with queen beds and 1 with 2 twin beds. The bathroom features both a shower and bathtub. There is separate toilet and laundry room, for your convenience. With amenities like heating, AC, washing machine, washing line/racks, hairdryer and iron, you will feel right at home. The lovely, sunny enclosed porch and peaceful fenced garden make it easy to see why you'll be able to unwind. The kitchen is stocked with ample crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils as well as a toaster, tea kettle, stove and large fridge/freezer. There is a smart tv and free internet. It's just a short hop to Tonkin Highway and a half hour drive to the Perth CBD, so is well located for business trips or vacations. It's located an an easy 10 minute walk to the lovely Champion Lakes which has lovely playgrounds and walking trails as well as our beautiful regatta centre. Perfect for running, cycling and paddling/sunbathing with the kids.
