• Each unit is allowed 2 vehicles, no commercial vehicles. There is parking in front of the building. Additional parking next to the mailboxes in front of the playset.
• Rear patio space (semi-private, not fully fenced)
• Outdoor gazebos with seating, grills, and patio heaters
• Outdoor playground with swings, sandbox, climbing wall, and rope (supervised use only; no glass or alcohol)
• Security cameras on outdoor areas and front doors (audio & video recording, no interior cameras)
• Smart home device in the living room monitors noise decibel levels (no audio recording)
• Commitment to enhanced COVID-19 sanitization

• Essentials provided for 2-3 night stays (additional supplies nearby at CVS, Giant, Ocean State Job Lot)
• No on-site laundry. Full-service laundry & dry cleaning 2 minutes away at Wind Gap Laundry and Tanning
• Mid-stay cleaning available upon request for $50 (includes linen/towel turnover and light cleaning)
• Mid-stay cleaning is mandatory every 2 weeks for stays over 14 days
