It was a nice place for our long weekend stay with our kids. It was close to both the CoSi and Lego Discovery Center. The kitchen was tight for all six of us eating meals, but we made due. We enjoyed having the private fenced in yard for our dog and kids to run around in. The gas fire pit was lovely to sit around at night. We enjoyed our stay. As mentioned in a previous review, not the nicest neighborhood, but we didn't have any issues and felt safe. Host was easy to reach and quick to respond to my questions.

I've been renting as a member for 12 years and this was the most enjoyable experience so far. The door code was ready when we arrived and we walked right in. The house is very clean and bright with new finishes. The furnishings are new and just enough to make the stay comfortable without overcrowding. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to make all meals. The yard is large with furniture. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet and we felt safe. Best of all the owner was great with communication and very friendly. He even came over with advance notice to shovel the driveway and brush off our car after an unexpected snowstorm.

We stayed here for a second time because it was so nice! Joseph got everything I needed for the kitchen to cook for my family. We loved the backyard made s’mores on the fire pit. Definitely recommend staying here.

Our host was very responsive. He provided reminding me of checkout procedure saving me going back through past correspondence.I had car trouble, I contacted him about early check in as my husband was bringing mev o Columbus, but he needed to get back home. I was able to check in early and move on with our day. I appreciated the drive was cleared from the snow. I stayed at a rental a couple of weeks earlier, this was not offered. The drive was very well lit and the front steps had heated step covers! My bed was so comfortable. Bath was warm and clean. Home was tastefully decorated. We were very pleased with our stay. The fenced in back yard area looked inviting, but it was too cold to take advantage. I would stay again.

The neighborhood was OK. The location was a cheap Uber ride from the stadium. The sprinklers turned on at 3 am which hit the side of the house and woke me up..to hear a strange sound against the house at 3 am is a little daunting. Also, a full length mirror would be nice.

We loved Joseph’s place!!! It was easy to find, convenient off street driveway parking, and when we opened the front door the house just smelled fresh and clean! Everything was brand-spanking new—from the heated stair treads on the front and back steps (amazing-have never had that before in the many houses we have stayed in), to every single item in the house-this house has been tastefully renovated top to bottom! New flooring, furniture, bedding, towels, new renovated and updated bathroom and kitchen-everything was pristine. We joked that there was not even one piece of lint on the floor-it was absolutely spotless.And the back yard-lord it alone created a honeydo list for my husband!. Again, everything brand spanking new. New fencing, beautiful patio, fire pit, chairs, grill, all new landscaping-and there were plantings and fence artfully and strategically arranged to give you privacy—it was an oasis!(Just a side note on the yard—we had friends at another rental in the area-they had a fenced back yard, the old metal type, and their yard was full of burrs that kept getting in their dog’s fur. Joesph’s yard was literally new sod with a brand new fence-our small dog loved the security of the fence and the new lawn to play on.)We found Joseph’s place a quick and easy drive to the OSU stadium area -around 10 minutes.Joseph was quick to respond and always pleasant to deal with. We highly recommend his place and hope to stay here again the next time we are in town!

This property was beautifully appointed and very pleasant. During our stay, a major windstorm caused more than 80,000 customers in the county to lose power. The owner was extremely responsive—quickly offering flashlights and checking in to make sure we were okay. When it became clear the power might remain out for the rest of our stay, he even offered us the option to check out with a full refund. His communication and willingness to accommodate us were greatly appreciated, especially since the weather and power outage were completely out of his control.
