It was a great place to stay in. It accommodated 7 of us three of the nights and 8 the last night. Very spacious. The outside backyard could have been cleaned up more but other then that it was a good clean place.

Great house to host our family for a concert and zoo weekend. Quiet neighborhood with sidewalks. Enjoyed the fenced in back yard and playground for the kids. Bathtub is very deep which is good for soaking but can be tricky for grandparents - luckily the other bathroom was a walk in shower.

Everything was perfect! Amazing space and it’s so nicely laid out. My boyfriend and I were in town for the Luke Combs concert and it was a lovely place to crash afterwards. Only a 19 minute drive from the stadium!

Property is ideal for a stay and is set up for convenience. All you need, plenty of towels, space, features for families, couples or groups with 3 large bedrooms. Nice touches including well appointed kitchen and fully stocked coffee station. Very clean.

The place was cozy, beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. Our family of 4 really enjoyed it. The back/sun room was bright and beautiful and the sauna in the backyard was a bonus! The neighborhood is quiet. Close to downtown Dublin with several cute stores. I highly recommend this place.

It was definitely a nice yard for our dog to enjoy. There was a bad ant problem in the master bedroom/bathroom and the kitchen. The host sent a pest control company out but it didn’t help inside. So I was fighting them all weekend and brought some home. Ugh. Also, the microwave broke with our breakfast IN it so that was also a bummer. It’s a nice enough place but the bugs ruled the weekend.

It's unfortunate for a guest to leave such a bad review especially when the most significant issue you had was that YOU broke our microwave lol. I also bought a brand new microwave and had it there within hours. And yes, Ohio is experiencing a heat wave with temperatures nearing 110° every day. So it's not uncommon for insects to try to come inside. As you mentioned, I immediately called our pest service company who came out the same day and treated the house. Unfortunately that's about all we could do. We apologize for the inconvenience that might have caused but we also ask for some understanding of things that are within our control

It was very clean which is most important to me! The modern decor, electric blinds in the sunroom and guitars also made it fun for my 11 and 13 y/o. The house is also very equipped with soaps, towels, paper products, etc. About 10 minutes to the zoo & aquarium. Owner is very easy to contact and responds quickly to questions. ;). We’d stay here again.

We were there with family. A golf outing for the boys and time for the kids and women. It was a good location for all of us. Close to many attractions, but not in the heart of everything. The only disappointment was that there were no dish towels or mixing bowls in the kitchen. But we made do.
