Twentynine Palms Springs - Mid Century Ranch JTNP

Two life styles with one destination - This Mid-Century ranch has all the fab style of Palm Springs, but with a rural desert vibe that only Twentynine Palms has. Middle of nowhere adjacent, close to town and attractions, but not too close. Perched in the foothills of Joshua Tree National Park, with views of the Morongo Basin and the park. A two mile drive to the North gate of the park. 2 minute drive to town for shopping or dining. Open living room, dining room and kitchen. A long hallway gets you to all of the bedrooms, bathroom and laundry. The Rock bedroom has a queen bed and the Cowgirl bedroom has a queen bed as well. The pink and white bathroom has the original lighted vanity. Topload washer and dryer are behind an accordion door. The primary bedroom is a unique space with an en-suite that has a freestanding tub and large walk in shower behind a breeze block wall. There is a patio off the primary bedroom. There is a patio in the back of the house and a breezeway between the casita and the main house. The garage of the casita has a pool table, darts and a stereo. The casita is under construction. Guests can enjoy the whole property, but if it’s locked it’s off limits. I am a text or a phone call away. Hanson Area - West of Utah Trail The National Park is 2.5 minutes south of the house. The town is 4 minute northwest of the house. This house is pet free. Including service animals.

We chose this house for the location and the view. It’s close to the park, close to town and the Milky Way is right above you.

What makes this property unique

We updated the house with modern plumbing and electrical for convenience and safety. But tried to recreate a retro feel with function. Bluetooth and WiFi but also a record player, of course.
