This brand-new property features 1 queen bed in the master bedroom, with walk-in closet, drawers, television, and full-sized bathroom with shower attached. The second bedroom has 1 full bed, large closet with drawers, and television. The open concept living room with extremely high vaulted ceilings, has 2 large sectionals, which both include a pull-out full-sized bed. Great for extra guests and kids alike! Enough room for the entire family to fit for a movie night! With 2 bathrooms equipped with showers, a bathtub, hair dryers, and all the amenities, guests will feel right at home. Kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, and dishes to make home cooked meals simpler. Backyard patio with outdoor dining set, makes for a wonderful option to eat while looking out on to the golf course. Nestled in a wonderful location, this retreat is the perfect spot to unwind and make lasting memories. Your stay with us also includes access to the community recreation center with full gym and pool, private neighborhood lakes to fish, paddle board and kayak, and 3 golf courses. If outdoor adventures is your thing, hiking trails, rafting excursions, and so much more await you. Also, downtown Pagosa, home to the deepest hot spring pools in the state, and the San Juan Riverwalk, is just a few miles drive down the highway. But don't think this is just a summertime getaway, the hot springs are open year-round, and Wolf Creek Ski Area is 39 miles from us, so you can also get your skiing and snowboarding on. Plus, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing and snow shoeing also await the thrill seeker in you. So, no matter what season you choose to stay with us, the great outdoors beckons! Need to do some work while you are here? We are a great place to call homebase with high-speed internet and 3 televisions to enjoy your favorite shows on. This will definitely be your home away from home, and we hope you enjoy your stay!!

We had a wonderful stay at this location! The home was so new, updated and comfortable. They had everything you needed. They were also very thoughtful stocking snacks, coffee/tea items etc. We absolutely loved the couch and rooms very nice!

This home was immaculate and very nice and clean. I did not go to ski but it is close to ski areas. The house is very cozy and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make a meal. Host is extremely informative and available with whatever questions you may have. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Having access to garage was a big plus. Definitely recommend

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is quiet and tucked away, yet it is within a mile of the nearest grocery store, amazing restaurants, and gas station. You can golf, fish, paddle board, kayak, all within a short driving distance. The busyness of downtown Pagosa is within a 5-minute drive from the house, but the area of the home is so calm and relaxing.

What makes this property unique

The home was just completed this year (Summer of 2025), so everything is brand new! The neighborhood around it is well established, so you get the look of the older homes, but it is truly a modern mountain escape!
