Exactly what we paid for host responded reasonably quick for any questions clean open area and the backyard was pretty nice. Great location close to downtown

Even though i was a little worried about it being right by the expressway, we didn’t have any problems. the beds were comfy and the house itself was great!

I was fully prepared to give this property 5 stars. The host was easy to contact for check in. The property looks like the pictures. It was decently cleaned. Somethings were dated but everything was functional. I enjoyed my stay until I arrived home with a request to pay for damages done to the sink in the bathroom that we did not do. I would suggest if you stay at this property make sure you do a thorough video walk through of the property especially in the bathroom, record everything, and I mean EVERYTHING the sink, toilet, and tub and report any findings upon check in and also do a video walk through when checking out. It will save you the stress down the line. Beyond this incident everything else was just fine. I’m a fair person my situation may not be yours. The property was a good price and had everything needed. The overall rating was dropped due to the situation addressed above. If you cover yourself I believe this property is still worth giving a shot.

My sink was damaged. It was pulled from the wall. The guest claimed to have taken pictures prior to leaving but never produced them. I provided pictures. In addition, the guest stay was for two people but they had six people to stay. If you damage someone property you can expect to be billed. This is a business and it is not to do repairs when a guest leave.
