Wonderful beach front property. Easy walk to the beach, very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for just the two of us. Fenced in back yard was perfect for our two dogs and the back deck was perfect for sunsets and some whale sightings. We all enjoyed our stay at the beach.

We had a great time during our stay in Grayland. The house was clean and had everything anyone could need. The view of the ocean and the short walk to the beach were a big plus for us.

A great, comfortable place to stay with the beach so close! Anything you needed was already there, they were even prepped with dog bowls and treats! The bbq was awesome and the beds were very comfortable! We will return!

The home was welll appointed with everything you would need to cook a meal. The beds and furnishings were nice and cozy. There was a nice little set up for the dog. It had bowls ,treats and towels.

The house was great. Perfect for a little weekend clam digging retreat. The fenced backyard was perfect for the dog. The house was clean and everything was easy to find and use. We got a really good hail storm while we were there. The trail to the beach was easy to navigate. We all had a great weekend.

Small place, but plenty big for two. Tastefully decorated with a lot of nice touches to make you feel at home. Lots of spices, extra batteries, puzzles, dog biscuits etc. So appreciated. Short walk to the beach and wonderful ocean views from both the house and deck. Nice bbq area on the front stair area. Very clean, fridge was spotless. Hosts sent a lot of info on restaurants and things to do. Great communication from them.

Host communications were excellent, very responsive and consistent with many helpful local recommendations provided. House was spotlessly clean and very welcoming and comfortable. All household supplies and items provided down to the last detail. Cozy and nicely decorated with comfy furniture , nice bedding, throw blankets, dog bowls and treats, and beach themed decor. We look forward to another stay soon.

I really enjoyed my stay at this new rental. The outside was clean and well kept. The back deck was great and the furniture was comfortable. The fully fenced backyard was a treat. They even included a pooper scooper, waste bucket and bags. Like the listing said there are stickers everywhere so keep any eye out on your furry friends paws. They have done a good job on the yard at keeping them at bay but the 3 different paths to and from the beach have some. Also the listing mentioned keeping an eye on your small dogs because of coyotes and eagles. I didn't see any coyotes but the eagles are no joke. They are huge and have a purch about 50 yards away. It was interesting to see what snacks they brought back to their perch. The inside was also clean, and well decorated. Great selection of kitchen wear and supplies. Plenty of seating for friends/family of 4-5. I thought the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The house is small but its laid out well with a bedroom on each end of the house allowing for some privacy. There are views of the ocean from everyroom. The only thing that would have been helpful was a "dog only" towel. You won't be disappointed with this rental. The price was great and the pet fees were amazing.
Electric fireplace was a nice touch. Made the evenings nice and cozy.
The wildlife was great to experience from the deck. Deer were so close that my frenchies were too scared to come out. *No pictures of the deer because I was too busy laughing* The eagles were fantastic to watch.
