Owner had spent a considerable amount of money fixing it up. Really needs to upgrade the beds as none were even slighting comfortable. Really needs to add coffee cups, saucers and silverware. We were only 4 people and didn’t have enough.If these things were done we would HIGHLY recocommend as it is in a quit neiborhood and the house is quite nice. Wouldn’t hurt to move the old boat out of the front yard with flat tires for appearance sake.
