This unique mid-century modern property features many amenities to pamper and spoil you. This includes many little things you didn’t even realize you needed! A designer pool with heated spa, aesthetically pleasing design, premium materials and highly functional details. This property will delight you, guaranteed!
The space
House equipped with the latest 4K TV's, high-speed Wi-FI around the house, high-end furniture, a large pool, and patio area to entertain your family and friends, three full bathrooms, four bedrooms, a large living room, and even a game area for your kids to entertain themselves: large TV, the coolest bean bags, and gaming console.

-Hot Spa: $50 per day .
-Heated Pool: $100 for the first day, $75 for subsequent days.
-Please make sure to give us a heads up at least 72 hours in advance if you'd like to enjoy the heated pool.

We are part of a quiet community; loud noise of any kind is not permitted, and no outside noise is permitted after 9 pm.

The space was wonderful, the home had a cozy feel. It was perfect for our trip to Universal, which was less than 10 minutes away. Kids took advantage of the pool as often as possible. The host was responsive and kind when we had questions. We really enjoyed our time there.

This property is perfect for a get together with friends! Not only is the layout very unique, it’s very accommodating for groups to talk together or separately based on the living room, family room, size of the dining room and the kitchen. Aside from the cleanliness and size, it was the small details of this property stood out versus other properties, where those same details are more of an afterthought. For example, having condiments, coffee pods, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner in each room, etc. There was a PlayStation, and little things like that that made all of the difference for our trip 10/10!!!

We had a wonderful stay here! The house is well maintained with many great amenities. We didn’t feel like there was anything we would have needed that wasn’t provided. The host was very kind and checked in on us after we began our stay to be sure everything was okay. The location of the house is perfect if you are planning to go to Universal. It was a 5 minute drive to and from the park, so we could easily leave and come back if we wanted. I wish the weather would have cooperated so we could have enjoyed the outside amenities and pool. We will absolutely stay here again in the future!

The house was clean and tidy, The manager was very responsive to messages, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen actually had sharp knives ( that never happens). Would recommend to a friend.

Clean, pool was fantastic, had everything we needed, laundry machines were a plus, and the fenced yard was perfect since we have two dogs. One of our dogs got out of the fence (he doesn't dig) and the gates were locked, there was some kids near by that we think opened the gate because the gate was very sturdy on the fence. Would definitely stay here again! Only thing we wished for was a king size bed.

If you are looking for a great house close to Universal and 20 minutes to Disney, in a quiet neighborhood, this is a place you should strongly consider. We found everything we needed throughout the house in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool area is fantastic, with a huge pool and plenty of chairs for lounging. The owners are super responsive to any needs you may have and will answer any questions in minutes. We always appreciate owners who allow our furry friends to come along. Thanks to Jeremy and Marina for hosting us and we will cherish the memories we made here. We hope to be back in the future.

Family birthday trip to Orlando.

The size of the home and location to Universal was the draw. We stayed for the weekend to enjoy a day at one of the Universal parks. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and a short drive to the new. Universal Park.There were five adults and we were celebrating my Mother ‘s 85th birthday and my son‘s 26th birthday. There was enough space with two living areas for everyone to spread out and we enjoyed the pool and outside dining even in August. Everyone had their own bedroom and the two smaller bedrooms upstairs shared a bath. I like that there is a downstairs bedroom and bathroom for older adults. Two showers were step in showers and the other had a bathtub so both options were available. The kitchen was well stocked so we cooked one night. The bathrooms were well stocked in case you forget your shower products. There are charging stations on bedside tables, and everyone raved about the comfort of the beds. What I liked best is that bath and pool towels were out where you could easily find them, every light switch labeled, and five or six TVs with easy to find remotes so we weren’t searching for anything. It was pet friendly; our dog enjoyed the fenced in backyard away from the gated pool. The home was well planned and set up for guests. Being mid-century modern style, there are many one step level changes to be aware of: step down to the kitchen from the entry and down to the den.

This house has nearly everything you would need for the perfect vacay stay; from simple necessities like hand soap to boardgames to awesome floaties for the pool. The house is in the perfect location, and the property is just lovely. Sometimes in Orlando you're trapped in tourist central and as a former Orlandoan (?) I didn't want to be drowning in the over-priced over-merchandised world. This location met all of those needs while still being accessible to all of those touristy coveted spots. Our next Orlando family event--I know exactly where we are staying! Skip the hotel---enjoy the relaxation this house offers.
