We stayed here for a trip to Universal. The proximity the park was great and easy to navigate. There was plenty of space to accommodate our large family. The beds were very comfortable, the home was clean, and the pool was great! We will definitely stay again if visiting the area!

Warm and inviting home! Clean and had everything we needed to make a great stay for a whole family of 7 (including a 4year old)! The internet was a little patchy which made watching tv tricky at times but we enjoyed the pool and hot tub - and location of course. Jeremy was the best host you could ask for. Highly recommend and would love to go back some time.

Wonderful property in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen stocked with a good variety of equipment, and the pool was great. Would definitely come back, and it is SO close to Universal!

The space was wonderful, the home had a cozy feel. It was perfect for our trip to Universal, which was less than 10 minutes away. Kids took advantage of the pool as often as possible. The host was responsive and kind when we had questions. We really enjoyed our time there.

This property is perfect for a get together with friends! Not only is the layout very unique, it’s very accommodating for groups to talk together or separately based on the living room, family room, size of the dining room and the kitchen. Aside from the cleanliness and size, it was the small details of this property stood out versus other properties, where those same details are more of an afterthought. For example, having condiments, coffee pods, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner in each room, etc. There was a PlayStation, and little things like that that made all of the difference for our trip 10/10!!!

Perfect for our family stay-cation! Just there over the weekend to visit Orlando. You can tell the owners put alot of love and care into their property and their rental business. Enough beds for everyone!

We had a wonderful stay here! The house is well maintained with many great amenities. We didn’t feel like there was anything we would have needed that wasn’t provided. The host was very kind and checked in on us after we began our stay to be sure everything was okay. The location of the house is perfect if you are planning to go to Universal. It was a 5 minute drive to and from the park, so we could easily leave and come back if we wanted. I wish the weather would have cooperated so we could have enjoyed the outside amenities and pool. We will absolutely stay here again in the future!

That’s a strong closing line. I’d phrase it like this:**Pros*** Great location, very close to Universal and less than 10 minutes from Restaurant Row, so there are loads of good places to eat nearby.* Great kitchen with everything you need if you want to cook at the villa.* Excellent communication with the host, always available if we needed anything and even went out of his way to buy us a cool box and some bits for a day at the beach.* Very quiet and safe neighbourhood.* Great Wi-Fi and plenty of TVs throughout the property.* Lots of pool floats available.**Cons*** The pool area was the main downside for us. The pump/filter system didn't seem to be working particularly well, so we had to clean small bugs and ants off the surface most days before using it. Overall, the pool area could do with a bit of TLC.* We didn't find the beds in the master bedrooms particularly comfortable, although that may just be personal preference.* No Bluetooth speaker or sound system, which would have been a nice addition, especially around the pool area.If the pool area had a new pump and a bit of TLC, this would have been a 10/10 stay for us. The place is ideal if being close to the parks and having loads of great restaurants nearby is important to you.
