This amazing property features 1 king bed, 2 twin beds, and a cozy living room with a queen sofa bed. Guests can enjoy their morning coffee on the private back porch. As a guest of our condo, you will have access to two beautiful pools and endless walking paths. For the golf lovers, you can book a tee time to play on one of four prestigious golf courses. You are just minutes from the beach as well as Barefoot Resort where there are many restaurants and shops, House of Blues and Duplin Winery. Tanger Outlets are just a few miles away. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer. Linens and bath towels are provided as well as the use of beach chairs located in the outdoor storage closet. Fall in love with North Myrtle Beach and enjoy all the Barefoot Resort and the surrounding area has to offer.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check in is at 3:00 pm and checkout is 11:00. PLEASE make sure you take trash to the dumpster, all lights have been turned off and the thermostat is turned up to 78 degrees.
Please do not leave the condo and leave the dishwasher running. If you run the dishwasher before you leave, please leave the dishwasher door open upon departure.
Please leave the washing machine door open at all times when not in use and make sure any linens in the dryer are completely dry before you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
