Atlantic Tarheel 1 will leave guests speechless. With eight bedrooms and seven full three-piece bathrooms, this North Myrtle Beach rental can accommodate up to 16 guests comfortably. Guests will love the fact that the main living room includes ample seating and a 65” LCD Smart TV w/ Cable with additional LCD Smart TV’s in each bedroom including a 58” LCD Smart TV w/ Cable in the Game Room. This non-smoking North Myrtle Beach house is also home to a fabulous kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances that guests will love. The Kitchen space includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and two refrigerators. This property accepts Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle.

"In my travel group, about 10 to 14 people travel as a group about 7 to 10 times a year. Each time, we rent a house through Air B&B. Among the many houses I have looked at over the years, this is the first house where I have been as completely satisfied as this house. While using this house for 6 days from February 13th to 18th, all of our members were so well prepared that they felt comfortable as if it were their own home. Kitchen utensils, cooking utensils, dishes, plates, etc. were in perfect condition. I was especially grateful for the perfect and fast service from the host, Gregory. I think anyone who uses this house will definitely be satisfied. So, if you are a travel group of 12 to 16 people, you will be very satisfied if you rent this house."

Summer vacation

Overall the experience was great. I love that everything in the place was labeled, it made our lives so much simpler where looking for things in the kitchen. The house is huge and was kept nice ama clean.

Great Life group vacation

Our Life group had a wonderful vacation stay! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook for our group. Beds were comfortable as well. Everything was very user friendly. Kitchen was labeled very well and clear. Everyone definitely enjoyed the video arcade game!! That was the hit for the weekend! It was too cool for us to enjoy the pool but if we are able to return when it is warmer, maybe we will give it a try. There was a festival down on Main Street and everyone was able to walk and enjoy that on Saturday. Great location!

Stayed here thru TS Debby so we were inside most of the time. Great location. Easy to ride bicycle around NMB. Greg A is great with communicating. Parking for 4 for each unit. Only downside was elevator was broken. I am certain it will be fixed for next renters. We all got good workouts climbing steps but hard for me with bad ankle. Cleaners did a C~ job before our arrival. Saw two bugs inside but given this is SC and it was pouring all week not surprised. Might be last family vacation but we would rent again especially if elevator works

Close to Beach; Lots of room!

We were a group of 11 women and 1 man. We spent the weekend here. The house was just what we needed for our group. The parking is below the house. The bedrooms are on the bottom 2 floors of house. The kitchen, living room, dining room, and game room are all on the 3rd floor (when in the elevator the parking is considered the 1st floor and kitchen, etc. is the 4th floor). Having the elevator for our group (all were 55 years +) was key for us. Be sure to read the instructions on using the elevator! The kitchen was awesome with all the cabinets labeled with what items were in them. In the game room, there are board games, cards, and the items you see in the pictures. The house is a short one block walk to the beach. Perfect location! Greg, the owner responds promptly. We had a very nice weekend!!!

My name is Greg and along with Linda, I have two wonderful daughters, Julia, and Gianna.
We currently reside in New Haven, CT and enjoy going to the beach I hope as much as you.
My family and I purchased Atlantic Tarheel 1 in January of 2021.
Since then, we have been busy completing a top-to-bottom deep clean & renovation.
Our family is super excited to share with you just some of what you can expect upon your visit to Atlantic Tarheel 1.
In the main living room, your family can gather around newly purchased comfy furniture watching a 65” LCD Smart Television streaming your favorite service or just watching cable, all new for 2021.
Your family and friends can also enjoy a brand-new Game Room. There you will find a new 8’ Super Deluxe Air Hockey Table, an Upright Video Game w/ 60 Game Classic’s like Ms. Pac Man and Mario Brothers. And if soccer is in order, four can play on the full-size foosball table while the gang is watching a brand new 58” LCD Smart TV with cable.
