About this property
Nice quaint cabin in Panguitch Lake UT with a great view!
Welcome to our cozy slice of heaven. Enjoy panoramic views of Panguitch Lake, open fields of wild flowers and thousands of stars every night. The thing we enjoy most is the silence. No noise pollution here. Cozy rustic vibe complimented with fireplace, loft, cathedral ceilings and forever views along with a well planned kitchen with breakfast bar. Great price for the area. The cozy interior features a loft with a double bed, 2 twin beds in living room area, perfect for a small group of guests. Experience the magic of Panguitch Lake at our cute cabin. Panguitch Lake is so special & the view at this little slice of heaven is everything! There is a little (seasonal) general store & gas within 5 minutes driving. Also the Delicious Burger Barn that also has amazing BBQ. There are a couple other restaurants (seasonal) & you can rent boats on the lake. Brian Head, Duck Creek, Zion & Bryce are must sees & Cedar city even has an airport now. For BBQ Renters will need to bring charcoal **This cabin was built in the 70s & there is running water but it is limited to a 250 gallon holding tank per stay- there is no modern day plumbing and there is NO air conditioner. There is a fan- the price is low due to these things. The view is AMAZING. The following is very detailed so renters know exactly what they are renting -as the price reflects this is an old cabin. MSG sent before check in- Hi & thank you for renting our cabin! I’m sure you checked weather - I think it’s good right now but if it snows, I cannot guarantee the road up to the cabin will be plowed. when you guys get there when you go in and you’re facing the front door like looking outside there, there’s a breaker box on the wall to the right, open it and turn all of the switch switches up to turn on the power (when you leave, please turn them all back off), make sure you download the directions before you get there because there’s no service around the lake, but there is Wi-Fi Starlink at the cabin and I will send you that password. There is running water now, (not modern plumbing) but it is limited to the holding tank on the side of the house, 250 gallons. It should be plenty but please use it sparingly in the shower, etc., another great way to conserve (esp 4 guests more than 3 days) go #1 in the outhouse during the day. Also the switch to turn on the water is in the kitchen, when you are not using water, please turn switch off :-) it will also automatically turn off after 10 min. If you start running low my handy man can come refill for $50. Make sure you bring drinking water & charcoal if you want to use the charcoal BBQ outside. There’s plenty of wood for bonfire & indoor fire if you want :-) we also leave zero food in refrigerator so if you need condiments etc please bring.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Had a great family stay at this cute little cabin! We enjoyed the close proximity to the Burger barn for a quick snack or dinner when we didn't want to cook, and close to the Panguitch Lake resort for going out on the lake. The evening views were amazing, watching the deer come in the evenings down to the meadows and walking past the cabin. The cabin is set up well for a small cabin - areas to relax and hang out on the porch and living area, kitchen had plenty of room to cook and meal prep. Plenty of kitchen tools (pots/pans/utensils) to prepare meals. Beds and bedding were clean and comfortable, and plenty of extra blankets. This cabin is pet friendly and loved that there was even a bed for the doggo! Starlink Wifi was fantastic to use to stay a little connected due to no cell service in the area. The host, Marisa, was great with communication and response when we had a minor issue accessing the keys but solved the problem quickly. We will definitely stay here again on future trips to Panguitch Lake! Thank you Marisa for a great stay!

The location is pretty. The cabin is okay, but it is not a two-minute walk from the lake. It's a two- to five-minute walk from mud that is quite a ways from the actual usable lake.Overall, the cabin is okay; however, we had no clean sheets or pillowcases. There was dog hair and human hair all over all of the beds and all of the pillowcases. When we contacted the host, she promised to send someone to clean but was not available because she was camping. Two adults had to spend the night in the upper rickety bunk, as that was the only non-dirty bed in the cabin. It doesn't fit two people, so we got no sleep. We had to leave early and had our Fourth of July weekend ruined.

Sorry the Cabin did not meet your standards. As everyone can see from previous reviews I have not had one complaint in a year. After you left my maids said u left it very dirty/messy esp for only staying one night. It was Fourth of July and I tried to get the Maids out there that day but I couldn’t, & as I messaged you - there were clean sheets in the closet. The lake level is down this year, so I will change that sentence. Take care.
This cozy, rustic cabin was the perfect getaway to decompress! The views are stunning, the area is peaceful. The cabin was well equipped with all the cooking equipment we needed, a nice selection of dvd’s was available as well for nighttime movies! We took full advantage of the deck and chairs each morning, afternoon and evening! We spent most of our time outside, including a trip to Bryce Canyon. We will definitely be back for another stay!

Cozy little cabin with beautiful views of the lake and mountains. Perfect getaway in the beautiful southern Utah mountains. Cabin was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation.
I was born & raised in Las Vegas but with Panguitch Lake being a short distance, we grew up going here all the time, and has a special place in my heart, and I’m so excited to share this view and special Cabin with you!
