You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. This top-floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condominium features a spacious living area with a wood-burning fireplace. Durant Condos are two blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and closer to downtown Aspen. This condo features floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area with beautiful views. The updated kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
This condo has central air conditioning and a washer/dryer inside the unit. Guests will enjoy the bonus den that has an extra sleeping area.
Please note the property does not have an elevator. Guests will access this top-floor condo via stairs.

Other: The den has a daybed with a twin-size trundle bed
