While we're pleased you enjoyed the convenient location close to downtown Aspen and the mountain, we're sorry to hear that other aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Our listing clearly identifies this residence as a garden-level condo, and one of the listing photos is labeled as a lower-level unit. The photos are an accurate representation of the home's layout and natural lighting so guests can make an informed decision before booking. You mentioned, after your departure, that you saw a mouse in the unit. Had we been made aware during your stay, we would have responded immediately by sending our team to inspect the property and, if necessary, arrange for professional pest control. We always appreciate the opportunity to address concerns while our guests are still in residence. Regarding check-out, we understand that additional flexibility is appreciated whenever possible. However, during busy turnover days, we must adhere to our published check-out time so our housekeeping team has sufficient time to prepare the home for incoming guests. These times are provided in both our listing and our pre-arrival communications to help guests plan accordingly. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the guest experience, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.
