The property was nice and clean. It was in a good location and appropriate for what we needed. The only issue we had was we drove 11 hours to be able to check in at 4 which was listed as check in time and our place was not ready had to wait another 45 mins to get into our room. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The check in process was smooth. The unit was clean and communication with the host was very good. Upon checking in we had a couple of issues and they were handled quickly. Everything was fine except the air conditioner system in the condo. Every time the unit kicked on there was a loud blowing noise from the air vents into the master bedroom. It sounded like a steam engine noise every time it kicked on. It was hard to fall asleep and it woke my wife and I up throughout both nights. I called when we checked in regarding the humidifier water leak on the floor and AC being set to 72. Alicia took the call and sent a technician. The maintenance tech went and checked it out. He said was the AC was fine but it took a while to reach the desired temperature. However, when we went to bed we noticed the loud noise in the bedroom. Check out procedures went well.
