Wonderful duplex house in gated community - Hibiscus Beach Club 150 meters from the beach and the club 24 hours security and right beach access in the best and quiet stretch of paradise beach of Ipioca, the house is fully furnished and equipped, with 7x3 pool, large barbecue area, balconies, lawn of over 1000 square meters and wooded garden, great for families who wish to rest in a cozy, safe place connected with nature.
The house has 4 suites, one master with hydro bath, large living room for two rooms, conservatory, social bathroom, kitchen and large living room with sofas on the first floor, garage for 2 cars, the house comfortably holds up to 12 people.
I have hammocks and accessories for garden and pool.
