Guests have access to the entire property via keyless entry.

Other details to note
Minimum Age Rental Requirement = 25 years old as per local township regulations. Children under 2 also do not count toward total guest count. The home can hold 18 guests.

-Easy Check-In Process for your rental agreement & ID verification

-You may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional fee per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional and include:
Wood , Cleaning Services, Early Check in , Late Check out, Butler or Chef services

CHECK IN/OUT:
1)Early Check in or late check out is possible if we do not have a booking same day, kindly send request through the HappyGuest portal. (Subject for approval)
2) Failure to leave at scheduled check out time will result in a $250 fee.

GUEST CHECK IN:
1) Entry will be by keyless entry.
2) Guest check in screening will occur via security camera.
3) Please make sure the reservation accounts for the correct amount of guests and a pets .

HOUSE SUPPLIES
We provide a starter supply of essentials, including dish pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper, to help you settle in comfortably. We kindly recommend bringing additional items to ensure you have everything you need throughout your visit or for longer stays and larger groups. We do not supply mid-stay if you are with us for more than 3 days. Please plan accordingly to purchase some of your own items.

SAUNA
Rules

1) no children unattended
2) use at your own risk based on health and pregnancy status
3) please adhere to the rules inside the sauna (nailed on the wall to the left of heater)
4) heater will be very hot , do not touch

COMMUNITY USE
1) Wristbands must be worn/purchased to use the Lake Harmony Beach/lake. They must be returned in the home after check out. Any lost or damaged passes will result in a $75 charge to replace.
2) Motorized boats are not permitted by renters to bring, you can rent from the local shops.
