*Wash all dirty dishes and place on dry mat on counter top to air dry *Take out all garbage and place in black garbage bins out in front patio on side of house
*Place all dirty towels in bathroom basket *Timely checkout is necessary:"Housekeepers will arrive at 11:30am to prepare the AIRBNB for the next guests.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
*Quiet Hours: 8:00 PM-8:00 AM *No pets allowed-For undisclosed pets brought into the listing there is an additonal $250 + cleaning fee
*No unregistered guests: Only the specific guests noted in booking are allowed stay on premises.
