*Stack all patio chairs after use
*Place bbq grill back in place on back patio and cover grill with black grill cover
*All cooking oil discard in trash
*Wash all dirty dishes and place on dry mat on counter top to air dry
*Take out all garbage and place in black garbage bins out in front patio on side of house
*Place all dirty towels in bathroom basket
*Timely checkout is necessary:"Housekeepers will arrive at 11:30am to prepare the AIRBNB for the next guests.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
