This location gave us everything we loved. Beautiful sunrise views over the water from our balcony. Access to a clean private pier only a few feet away. A short distance to a sometimes busy Rockport beach park and a quiet place to return to while still enjoying the water. This unit was very well designed, incredibly clean and comfortable. Although our room was over the pool the staff was sure to enforce the pool curfew at night so no loud disturbance. During the day when the pool was busy it was still very well insulated inside. This room remained quiet and temperature very cool. Our stay was wonderful and we would love to return to this unit again.

Exactly what we wanted and needed. My husband said he would have liked the pier lights to stay on a little later. He went out at 3 am to fish. He said the lights went off at 6 and it was still very dark. Also, the curtains in the bedroom window let the parking lot light in the bedroom. The light is very bright as it should be. We put pillows on the window ledge to try to block out some of the light. Very nice and clean condo. The sofa and bed were very comfortable.
