More than a little disappointed we didn’t earn a 5 star from you on this. We certainly had a hiccup with the disposal failing but it was addressed as quickly as could be especially considering that it happened on Christmas Day and we had it fixed at a huge expense to us and, in addition, offered a free night in compensation. A 4 star review may as well be a 1 star review it’s that damaging to a home and property manager as it is interpreted as a poorly managed home with little regard for the guest and their comfort. It would be so much better did you to give a 5-Star then explain your experience point by point outlining the challenges you faced and how we addressed them. A 4 star with no explanation is a killer to us and is upsetting and undeserved.
