Lovely home with 4 huge bedrooms on a quiet side street just off the main commercial street. Walking distance to everything Newburyport has to offer. It was perfect for getting a group of college alumnae together for a long weekend.

4 friends stayed here for 3 nights and were very satisfied. Jordon, our host, was very responsive. The property is very conveniently located in walking distance to downtown. It has a charming, private back yard/deck. The 2 car driveway is very helpful since parking on the street has a 2 hour limit without a permit.

This was a very nice house and centrally located to a wonderful downtown. Walking got you to most places such as the wharf, shopping, museums, restaurants, etc. This was a pretty expensive place for 1 couple and for those that are cost conscious it can easily accommodate more people to divide the charges. Be aware the deposit, when we booked it, was non refundable. Cancellation policy stricter than most other VRBO’s we’ve rented.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time in Newburyport and @ this property. Owner provides everything we needed to be comfortable! Kitchen is well equipped and allowed us to execute a big family meal where we spent the best evening happy to be reunited. Convenient off street parking for 2 cars. Thank you!

Fantastic location! Spacious and well laid out space. The furniture was comfortable, appropriate and functional. There is room for 2 vehicles (tandem) in the driveway. Totally walkable to restaurants, shops, coffee and the delightful Clipper Trail for walking or biking. The listing failed to provide the bedroom set up. It was absolutely lovely for our group but it is important to note that this is a 3 story property. 3 bedrooms and full bath on floor 2 and 1 bedroom and full bath on floor 3. Outdoor space is a lovely oasis and kitchen was exceptional and well stocked. Btw- it has a keurig that you’d need pods for. (Plenty of shops within walking distance) We absolutely look forward to staying here again!

This home was fantastic and exactly as described. The house is incredibly well stocked with everything we needed and more. It’s well furnished with little touches that truly make it feel like home. The location is hard to beat, with town a few steps away and beautiful walking trails around the corner. We absolutely loved our summer week here!
