Very cute and clean! Texted with the host and he was very nice. No beach view but close into walk to the beach. Many restaurants in walking distance and several more within a mile. Definitely will stay here again!

Perfect Location

This property was perfect for our needs! It was walkable to the beach and great restaurants. It is the perfect size for two people and the bathroom is really spacious. We would definitely stay here again when we return to SSI!

Wonderful place, great location!

What a fantastic place! From the softness of the towels to decor to the appliances - it is a wonderful space. Hosts were great with quickly responding to my every annoying question, and it couldnt be better located, two blocks from the beach and in between all the great eateries.

This place checks all the boxes, safe quiet neighborhood off the main road, yet only a minute walk to 4 restaurants/bars and only a 15 minute walk to several more, very clean. Will stay there again.

Loved the Bungalow!

We loved our stay at the Bungalow in St.Simon’s! It was the perfect size for two people and had everything we needed. The location was convenient as we could walk to some restaurants (loved Crabdaddies!) and we were a short drive to the village. We would definitely stay there again!

Great experience! Everything was as stated. Cottage was clean and well thought out! Lots of attention to detail. Loved the choice of shampoo and body wash! Looking at other reviews, stated bathroom was too small. I do not agree. It was perfect for the two of us. The tile shower was very roomy. We hope to stay again! Do suggest that there be a blind on the door.

This unit is absolutely beautiful aesthetically and has all that you could need. However, there are several units at this address and each unit needs an identification marker of some sort. The bathroom is huge, all the appliances are nice and seem to be fairly new. This unit is NOT on the beach and the pictures of the beach are nice but misleading. Massengale beach is only a 3 minute drive and there are other beach access points across the road about a mile away. All in all this unit is perfect for a single person or couple. The neighborhood is quiet and when you do see people they are all very friendly.

Our charming ground-level studio is attached to a historic 1927 beach cottage. Connected to a beautiful triangular park with old-growth oaks, it offers a serene setting. The space features a modern kitchen, open living area, and exceptional sound isolation. Furnished with a blend of mid-century style and coastal flair, the bathroom includes a refreshing rain shower.

Impeccable cleanliness and personal touches, such as art and books, reflect our attention to detail. Rest comfortably on high-quality bedding and a firm foam mattress. We provide backpack beach chairs and towels for your convenience. The beach is just 2 blocks away, allowing for easy lunch or bathroom breaks.
