Looking for the perfect vacation rental on St. Simons? Welcome to Courtyard Villa B-6!

Real Escapes Properties is pleased to offer this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, two story townhome located within walking and biking distance of the village, pier, and the beach.

The downstairs level contains the living room, half bath located directly off of the foyer, dining area and fully stocked kitchen. The dining room table seats 4 comfortably and the updated breakfast bar provides 3 more seats. The television in the den is for streaming only.

The upstairs level features a master bedroom with a queen bed and the guest bedroom has a full size bed. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Other amenities include WI-FI, washer/dryer, plus an on-site pool. The complex is located just around the corner from a public park with children's playground, plus tennis, pickleball and basketball courts.

Courtyard Villa has a large community pool with Wi-Fi accessibility (open seasonally - dates subject to change.).

B-6 has streaming capabilities only. Roku TV in Living room, Firestick TV upstairs (with Pluto)

• Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (4 persons).

My kids and I stayed at the condo for four days and we would definitely book again. The property was very clean, check in was simple, and it was in close proximity to Mallery Park and the village. The community pool was just steps from our condo and was very well maintained.

We enjoyed the rental. It fit the needs we had for a quick weekend get a way. I was a little worried after reading all of the reviews - I want to say there isn’t any evidence that pets might have stayed in the past. The place was very well stocked with 2 kinds of coffee makers (a k-cup and regular). The only thing that needs attention are all the ceilings fans. They need a very good cleaning. Over all the rental was clean and it will go on the favorite list. One tip I can Share about Saint Simone - please explore the entire island and not just Mallory Street area. There are some wonderful restaurants on the fort side of the island and are not full of tourist.

Its large enough for 2-4 people to stay for a month or more comfortably. The upstairs laundry area is a real plus, as is the half bath on the first floor. It is a nice walk into the village/pier area, and we love the central location. It is close to some wonderful restaurants, including the breakfast places we enjoy in the village. It is very pet friendly, with several areas to allow your dogs to relieve themselves. We love to walk on the beach in the mornings with our dogs. We've already booked for an extended stay next winter! Cable and internet are not the most reliable, but this is an issue with the provider!

Unit is pretty basic, but was more than adequate for our purposes. It is pet friendly, and had obviously been used by pet owners before. Our dogs were comfortable and so were we. Everything worked, it was well equipped and supplied, and it had a washer and dryer right of the bedroom. The realtor responded quickly to a few minor malfunctions (nothing different than might happen at home!). I was extremely satisfied and have already booked the location for next year!

Dog friendly for sure. Very attentive rental staff, anything that required attention received it promptly. Well equipped with fast internet and cable. It had a lived-in feel, not a magazine look, which made us more comfortable with our dog. On the negative side, carpet could used cleaning more often and it really is time to update to HD TV's!!

If we come back to the area we will use them again. Condo needs a little updating, new carpet for sure and perhaps a small table on the back patio,but that seriously wasn’t an issue. Complex has a nice pool and the condo is walking distance to the Saint Simons Pier and village which makes it’s totally ideal. We were so sad to leave. Can’t wait to come back.
