The space
Living Area:
Bright and spacious with 12-foot ceilings, comfortable seating, a 55" HDR TV, and a mix of mid-century and art deco decor.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped with high-end appliances, including a gas stove, Bosch dishwasher, and LG refrigerator. Shaker-style cabinets and butcher block countertops provide a perfect space for meal preparation.

Bedroom:
Two generously sized bedrooms with cherry wood furniture and a unique wardrobe.

Bathroom: Modern bathroom with a rain shower, backlit mirror vanity, and a transom ceiling window for ventilation.

Outdoor Space:
Enjoy the shared front deck area for morning coffee or evening drinks. The beach is just a one-block walk away, making it easy to return for lunch or a bathroom break.

Great location and comfortable spot.

Our kids slept on the couch and we had a great time. Good kitchen, comfy spot. Had a few housecleaning items but they were addressed right away. In good hands with the host.

Super Loft! All fresh and new. Wesley was super available but never needed him. I’ll do it again!

Great location! Great price per night. Newly renovated loft that was super comfortable for a couple. I’d do this again. Hmmm? I wonder if Wesley has other rentals???

St Simons Island

Short visit to see friends. Great location and easy walk to beach. Sofa was stained and felt dirty. Bed was squeaking every time you turned over which was rather annoying. Otherwise good job on the remodel from old home.

Great location in a beautifully updated property!

Excellent location! A 15-20 minute leisurely stroll gets you to the village, pier, lighthouse area and a one block walk gets you to the beach! We have stayed many times in this area but stumbled upon this gem. The owners are very easy to communicate with and have gone to great strides to make this unit updated and very comfortable. Everything is shown and stated as it truly is.

The Accommodations were great and there were no surprises. Everything from the appliances to the towels was first class. The communication with the owners was great. Perfect Place

This place is just too cute. It was perfect for me as a single traveler. Located an easy mile walk to shops and food. You can walk to town via the beach, or you can walk to the King and Prince Hotel and enjoy a drink in their beautiful bar. My stay was perfect. The loft was well maintained and felt really upscale homey. It is true there was not much hanging space for clothes, but plenty drawer space. The owners restaurant recommendations were spot on.

The unit was very clean and the towels are soft. Kitchen was stocked well. Loved all the hooks for towels and other items. Safe area. We kept our things on the porch all weekend and they were safe. Walk to the beach was super convenient and easy. Shower was good. Easy access with door codes - no keys. Only inconvenience was the outside shower didn't work for our sandy shoes and feet. You'll be happy if you book here!

Timeless

We had a great stay at the Stanton House. I lived in St. Simons for a college summer 40 years ago and was amazed at how timeless the neighborhood has been. The loft was a block from the Crab Trap (same great menu as 40 years ago, great eats!), a couple of blocks from the King & Prince hotel / beach, and within walking distance of Brogens on the square. Told my wife how good the Mushroom Swiss burger was there - exactly the same and the square has the same laid back vibe! If you want a quiet day at the beach go down to Gould's inlet. Long stretch of natural dunes, easy access / parking, and not much of a walk to get away from the crowds. The house was great - all new amenities, easy parking, and loved the coffee they had waiting for us.

Clean, neat and beautifully appointed loft + a great location!

All aspects of our experience were top-notch. The loft is as pictured; clean and tidy with first-rate appliances to boot (including a nice gas stove, should you choose to prepare meals there). There is no closet per se, but the decent-size armoire in bedroom was ample for two adults. Good WiFi, and the TV is a "Roku TV" complete with a Netflix subscription, which was a nice and unexpected feature. Owners were very helpful and responsive via the HomeAway app throughout. Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, and about a 5-minute stroll down a quiet side-street to the beach... and the beach itself is wonderful. Highly recommended!

Great location, well stocked, 2 plush bathrobes a nice touch, lots of parking. Had to contact owner to ask how to get hot water to the bathroom. Instructions should be posted. No heat, only a/c. Due to being an older home, the noise can carry from the 2 other apartments. Enjoyed our stay.

Convenience All the Way Around

Our stay was as wonderful as it could be. The unit had plenty of housewares to cook with as well as a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. It also takes literally 30 seconds to get to the beach. The property managers were easy to communicate with if we had any questions!

Perfect location - great one bedroom

We had a great time at the Stanton Inn. It was walking distance to almost everywhere we wanted to go. The decor was cool and modern. And the shower head was high enough for my 6’5” boyfriend!
