About this space

Unobstructed views of the Chesapeake Bay!! Wake up to beautiful sunrises, take a walk/run by the Bay, return for meditation and coffee from our espresso machine on our waterfront deck. After, relax with your favorite book or walk/ride to charming North Beach, less than 10 mins away. Visit the public beach, rent jet skis/paddleboard rentals, and enjoy restaurants and live music. End your day with a fire in our outdoor firepit.

The space

This prime waterfront property has spacious and comfortable living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and a designated work area with large double monitors. The two large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are perfect for a relaxing stay. The beautiful outdoor area offers stunning views of the bay, as well as a gas grill, comfortable chairs, a portable dining table for you to enjoy.

Please note that our house is in a quiet residential neighborhood. We ask that you respect our neighbors' privacy by not walking through or parking on their property for any reason, not taking any wood or anything else from our neighbors' property, and not walking or otherwise using the docks (that is private property). Separately, please note that we do not allow parties or gatherings of any kind. The maximum number of guests allowed in the property at any time is 6.

Guest access

As guests, you will have access to the entire house and our property! Please note that the adjacent neighboring homes are not delineated by fences. As such, please be mindful not to inadvertently walk or park on our neighbors' yards. You may park (up to 4 cars) on the gravel pad next to the house (do not park on the grass). You may also enjoy use of the front and back yard, as well as the side yard where our grill and firepit are located.

Please note that the area 20 feet from the water to our property is a public easement for the neighbors of our community, so you may see our neighbors enjoying a walk with their children or pets. We do not have dock access. Please do not walk or otherwise use the docks as those are private property.

For the Kayaks, there is a small park, called, Rose Haven Memorial Park, less than a mile north on Walnut Ave where you can easily put them in the water. The park has free parking spaces.

We are happy to have you stay at our home and to share with you this beautiful and relaxing space. We expect that you would treat our home with care and ask you to respect our neighbors and their property.

Please note: From May 1st through September 30th, we have a maximum stay policy of 7 nights. Bookings exceeding this duration during the summer season will not be accepted
