It was a very great place to unplug and slow down with our kids! We checked out local waterfalls, paddle boarded, fished, and kayaked! Joe responded to me so quickly before I booked I knew it would be a great place to stay.

Relaxing stay in Tracy City! Convenient to Chattanooga for a day trip, but far enough away to relax in the evening. This property was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. We look forward to coming back in the fall with the kids.

Serene and beautiful place with amazing views! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, including a dual brew coffee maker for k-cups and pots of coffee. There were even extendable marshmallow roasting forks and a rack full of firewood! Bring a lighter or matches, and you're all set. We really love the screened-in porch where we could either sit outside and/or open the sliding doors to bring the cool fall breeze into the living area without fear of bugs coming in. Overall, we and our daughter and grandkids had a great long-weekend stay.

Great stay! We loved the “tiny” home! We are a family of 6 and the space didn’t feel cramped. The kitchen was well stocked, games, fire pit & a comfortable place to stay. Great overall!

Amazingly beautiful property situated at the perfect spot on the lake! Fire pit and evening bonfire was a hit. House is well-appointed and very roomy on the inside. Looking forward to visiting again!

Perfect overnight for relaxing, kayaking, football, snore and dinner before a concert at The Caverns on Sunday night. The master bed was incredibly comfortable, owners were super responsive and accommodating. Views are amazing! Would return to this property!

Overall the stay was excellent and met our expectations. The home was comfortable and the view was awesome. Just a small suggestion the couch could used a deeper cleaning but it didn't take awake from a great experience

Wonderful place! We are a family of six and this house was perfect! The lake is right there and beautiful to look out on. Kayaks were easy to put in the water and take out with our kids. No young kids life jackets though just the orange slip over head kind, so bring your own if needed. Beds are super comfortable! We did some fishing but only caught perch.. no big fish that we could find, but kids loved catching the perch:) Very functional kitchen with plenty of space. We had a great visit!
