Enjoy a private, pet-friendly retreat in the quiet, historic Ardmore neighborhood—just 5 minutes from downtown and one block from Wake Forest Baptist Hospital. This ground-level apartment has its own entrance, dedicated driveway parking, and a large screened porch with a classic swing. Outside, you’ll also find a fire pit and mature landscaping.
Inside, each room is comfortably furnished and generously sized. The layout includes a living room with Roku TV, a dining area, a work space, and a large bathroom with dual vanity and tub. The bedroom features a walk-in closet, and the full kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, cookware, spices, and everything needed for home-cooked meals. An in-unit washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. The apartment is over 900 square feet.
Professionally cleaned between guests, this garden apartment is ideal for both short and extended stays.
My husband and I live in the main house with our golden retriever, Benny. You will likely see us working in the garden or sitting outside on nice days. We are respectful of guests' privacy. We look forward to meeting you!
