I grew up in Pittsburgh and Jacksonville, but Colorado has been home for over 20 years. I love traveling and spending time in the mountains with my family. Our Breckenridge home is our happy place — we stay here often and love sharing it with others who enjoy the outdoors, good snow, and a cozy space to unwind just like we do.
Why they chose this property
This spot struck the perfect balance — close to town, but tucked away just enough to feel peaceful. We’re steps from the Blue River, a scenic bike path, and the incredible Breck Rec Center (with indoor lap pool, kids pool, and tennis courts). In the summer, you can hike, bike, or fish right out the door. In winter, it’s a quick shuttle ride to the gondola. The private hot tub and small yard make it feel more like home than a condo.
