Summary: ☼ Hi! We're Zech and Sheri and we invite you to experience our favorite place and first home.
☼ Built in 1940, our cottage is four blocks away from Hyde Park with restaurants and shops, one mile from Downtown Boise, and steps away from Camels Back Park with miles of trails. You'll get a glimpse into Boise's active lifestyle, kind people, and vibrant culture.
☼ Our cottage is perfect for a couple or family of four or five with access to a good sized yard and corner lot.
The Space: Our quaint cottage has two bedrooms, 2 beds and 1 pull out sofa, and one full bath. When we grew our family in 2021, we unfortunately outgrew this home. We couldn't part with it and are excited to provide it as a place to stay to family, friends and guests.
Guests will have access to the entire home and yard during their stay. Just steps away is Camel's Back Park with a playground, tennis courts, open green space and a trailhead entrance with more the 200 miles of hiking and biking trails. We love biking, as you'll see in our décor, and recommend riding around town if you're able.

Other Things to Note: One well-behaved dog allowed. ◇ Our dog fee is $70. ◇ Dogs should not be on furniture. ◇ Although we’re dog-friendly because we love our own pup, the yard is fenced with a three-foot fence and may not be ideal for dogs that will jump.
No animals, other than a dog, allowed. ◇ Our family has allergies to other animals. ◇ A fee may incur if unapproved animals are on the premises.
