Our stay was just perfect Our host was very responsive and communication was great. We loved the house, it is an older home, just very cozy and beautiful surroundings. Would definitely stay there again.
The weather at the time of our visit was unusually hot and our host was so accommodating with trying to cool the house down. He really did go all out in trying to make us comfortable. However, the two window units were just not sufficient to cool the house, nor were they situated in places where the air was able to circulate throughout the house. The house is older but comfortable enough with appropriate seating but lacking in lighting in the bedrooms. The bed in the master bedroom was great! The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. The house was easy to access, and the outside surroundings were quite beautiful. I will say everything was very clean, with plenty of clean towels. The washer and dryer were excellent. All in all, everything was adequate for our needs and our host was great.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy
The house was advertised as a three bedroom and a loft -master bedroom with a king 2 bedrooms with queens and a full bed on the loft. Upon arrival we noted that only one bedroom has a queen. The other bedroom had a full with a queen size topper that misrepresented the actual size of the bed. We also noted immediately that the rug in the family room had not been vacuumed. There were crumbs, toenail, clippings, etc., on it and the kitchen floor had not been swept or vacuumed, the sheets on the bed of two of the bedrooms smelled very musty like they had been on the bed for months. I reached out to the manager and he informed me that the house has just had a deep clean and he was sorry that the cleaning didn’t meet my expectations. I requested a manager to come to the property immediately. Upon his arrival, he noted everything we were saying and took out a small shop vac and tried to vacuum the rug to the best of his ability. He explained way that the kitchen floor was dirty because the kitchen table had been moved from the center of the room to one side and that they just forgot to sweep or vacuum where the Table had been. In the advertisement there is a kids, chairs and table in the kitchen and the manager had me pull up the pictures because he was not aware of the table and chairs. We based our stay seeing the kids table and chairs that it was a kid friendly property. The amount of steps up to the house and the steps to go up to the bedroom, definitely made it non-kid friendly

Thank you for your feedback. We take accuracy and cleanliness very seriously, and we want to clarify a few points regarding your stay.
Our home was professionally deep-cleaned immediately prior to your check-in, and our inspection confirmed the carpets and floors were completely clean. When you contacted us, our manager visited the property right away to ensure you were comfortable and to assist with any immediate needs.
Regarding the layout, the home features a King, a Queen, a Full with a Queen topper, and a Full bed in the loft. Our listing photos accurately show the multi-level stairs required to navigate the home. The children's table pictured has recently been retired, and we are updating our photo gallery today to ensure total accuracy. We appreciate your insights as we continuously work to improve our guest experience.
