OTHER DETAILS:
✵ The shipyard across the street sounds a brief air horn at 7am and 9pm for shift changes. It’s noticeable but not disruptive—my son and I sleep right through it.

✵ Window air conditioning units in each bedroom
✵ 2 off-street parking spots, street parking has timing restrictions
