This VRBO property worked out extremely well for us. It was very clean and well kept. The apartment was exactly as it was described and the owners very accommodating and easy to work with. We would certainly consider staying here again !!

Space was clean and comfortable, all amenities listed were on site. Veronica was outstanding and very easy to contact. We were attending a friends function in the area and the location was perfect. We will definitely be using Veronicas rental again!

Perfect for a night's stay after visiting Farmingdale, Hicksville, and Lindenhurst areas of Long Island for a weekend. An hour away from the city. Veronica was communicative. A parking spot was a plus. Fresh towels and bathroom essentials were provided. I appreciate somewhere homey. I would definitely stay here again.

We were in town for one night for a wedding. The place is conveniently located. It is like new, very nice furnishing. It was spotlesslely clean, the only issue was there was sand or some other grainy material on the sheets. We had to get up, take off the fitted sheet and shake it out. When we arrived the place was warm so we looked for a remote to control the mini split but there wasnt one. I message Veronica on the VRBO app asking where the remote was and how to control it. She responded that she would make it cooler. I asked if we could control it ourselves so that we weren't bothering her in the middle of the night and she said the last guest took the remote by mistake and she ordered a new one. The app does not update messages in a timely manner because I thought she did not reply until I sent another message and then her message appeared from the night before. Overnight it got warm again and I had to message again in the morning asking for it to be made cooler. The mini split beeped almost immediately and the air got cooler. It was inconvenient to have to continually message to have the air adjusted but hopefully future guests won't deal with that because the new remote should be there.

The place was simple, clean, good heating and amenities such as fridge, coffee maker (tho only one pod for 2 nite stay. Thin walls so i could hear everything in main house but that was fine. Host was prompt in answers tho i kept getting them in spanish!? Would certainly come again.
