The place was perfect. It had a living area with extremely comfortable couch, a kitchen with all the appropriate appliances and dishware, bedroom with a very comfortable bed, stocked bathroom and a washer dryer. They even left us a little basket of goodies. So very comfortable. We originally scheduled to stay three nights and needed to extend our stay two days and they very graciously opened it up so that we could remain. This is the place to stay when visiting Long Island.

From the moment I arrived, hosts Stu and Steph went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The check-in process was seamless. The apartment was immaculate, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the amenities one could desire. Perfect place for Long Island visit

Honestly i do not know where to start, everything was perfect. My friend and i needed a place to stay while celebrating a baby shower and this rental was not only the perfect location but it was a great price as well. The place was very clean, very roomy, had all the amenities we needed, and the host were very kind and attentive. This place checked all our boxes and we would absolutely stay here again next time we visit the Island. I highly recommend this rental to others!

My husband, son and I stayed there for a lacrosse tournament at Stony Brook. The apt. was very clean and perfect for 2-3 people. The AC is run by the main house and when it got a little warm the first day I reached out to Stu and he and his wife quickly lowered the temp for us and it was perfect. Cute neighborhood-we visited Stony Brook village, Port Jeff and Sunken Meadow Park in our off time. Last year we stayed in Patchogue which was nice but we enjoyed the North Shore this year. I highly recommend!
