With patios off the front and back of the unit, you can enjoy reading a book in the shade or watch the sunrise or set without leaving the unit.

This unit has no steps and is perfect for someone with limited mobility and has a washer and dryer located in the unit.

With two entrance and exit points the Unit can be entered/exited from the beach front access ( sliding doors to Gulf Front Patio ) or Front door.

Anniversary Trip

We just returned from a week stay at Venice Beach and it was amazing! The pictures on the VRBO site of the property were just as they showed! The condo was furnished with everything we needed! The bed was super comfortable! Only 50 steps to the beach and to the pool! The beach and pool were never crowded. We did not need to contact Jason during our stay but knew that if we needed to, he was just a phone call away! We loved walking around, shopping and eating at Historic Downtown Venice and enjoyed walking over to the Crows Next for a nice dinner! We will certainly be back (maybe even next year to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary!)

You'll love this property!

Beautiful sunsets from your patio. Literally steps (with no stairs) to beach and pool. Quiet beach, quiet neighborhood. Easy stroll to crow's nest for dinner or cocktails; easy stroll to south jetty. Quick drive (we took golf cart) to Venice Puerto and Sharky's. Easy day trip to Manasota/Stump pass and Siesta Key. Owners super easy to work with. Would definitely stay again. We are 2 adults and a 5 year old. We trave a lot. This is a good one!

Best part of Venice Beach

Unit is at the end of the beach and is very private, yet only a block away is great dining. Host was very helpful.

What a view!

We had a fantastic stay at this property- the location on the beach can’t be beat. Our favorite restaurant was a 5 minute walk away, and we enjoyed the patio very much, and the direct gulf views and sunsets. Everything was as pictured and the owners were very friendly and easy to work with. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again- recommend this property!

We have been visiting this property since 1990. In 2008 we purchased our 1st unit at Bahia Vista Gulf after first visiting every complex on Venice Beach Island. In our opinion, Bahia Vista Gulf is simply the best complex on the Island !

What makes this property unique

Venice is best known for its beaches and beautiful sunsets - most typically viewed from the South Jetty. The location of this complex and this unit in particular means that you don't have to leave your personal lanai to view the best sunset around. In addition, the Fourth of July fireworks spectacular that the City puts on each year has an amazing firework display happening right in front of you. Everything you could possibly need for a fabulous stay is within 5 minutes of this complex. Situated directly across the street from the best restaurant on the Island - The Crow's Nest - you can stroll over for a formal dining in the upstairs dining room, a relaxing informal dining in the pub downstairs or simply for drinks.
