This was a great property for what we wanted as a family reunion.

My house is not a venue for family reunions to meet and party!!. It's only for guest to stay that book with a max of 6 persons on the property. Please use public locations for family reunions or friends and not my house. It is only for the guests with a max 6 persons.
Thank you!
A beautiful old home on a quiet road with ocean access. The location was convenient to Lunenburg and so close to amazing walking trails, beaches and quaint villages. Communication was excellent and our whole family (including our dog) felt very much at home.
We really appreciated the location and setting. Enjoyed breakfast outside, morning runs, lots of birds. Nice bedrooms for everyone. Very peaceful place.
We truly loved the Corkum Island home. Beautiful views, inlet, sunrises and light, quiet and private location yet near to Lunenberg. Lovely heritage style home with modern kitchen. Comfortable living room. Big deck. Two full bathrooms. For privacy, relaxation and comfort it was perfect.
Spacious home in a beautiful spot! Great option for families/groups. Water/ice on fridge were out of order and the coffee maker leaked. Could not access basement for laundry or heat pump (to adjust temperature) per owner’s instructions. Great central location to visit many idyllic towns like Lunenburg and Mahone Bay.
The house was very clean and Natasha was easy to communicate with when I had a question, she responded right away! Parking for 1 -2 vehicles was great. The house is great.... lots of room and everything you need was there. The beach was a short walk away and was the perfect spot for a walk and to soak up the views! Thanks again!
The location was perfect with a decent view of the water. We never was able to get heat into the living/kitchen area, however the basement was very warm.Unable to turn on basement lights so used extension cords with lamps to use the laundry area. The stairs are very steep for older people to maneuver, due to the age of the house.Coffee maker shut down, hairdryer not good, no sugar, these are easily dealt with for the next customer.Overall the accommodation was suitable but just needed a bit more attention to the new renters checking in requirements.
This home was super spacious, with plenty of room for us to relax and unwind. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the location is a lovely little 10-min getaway from Lunenburg. There's enough space to relax inside and outside depending on what you're hoping for. Our only concern was the unbearable heat upstairs where the bedrooms are. The AC system might need an upgrade/addition with a unit upstairs so that guests can sleep comfortably during the summer.

Another great stay on Corkum's Island! We made great use of the little beach this time, exploring around the island with our canoe. The house tolerated the heat pretty well, and we look forward to our next visit.
Our family stayed at the beach house. It was as listed, beautiful, clean and quiet. Close to town but very peaceful in the evenings. Would 100% stay there again.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Apple Orchard Cottage in Lunenburg. Location was excellent. House was well equipped and comfortable for our group of 5. Quick drive into Lunenburg. Absolutely loved the breeze that blew through the house on beautiful sunny days!
