The entire house is available for guest use, with the exception of the lofts that are for storage only. The entire 1,200 square foot deck, the community dock, and the three acre lake access property is available for use, with just a drive down to the water.
House DOES NOT have lake access. There is a community dock with lake access, dock, and boat ramp for use just under 5 minutes away.
