The home features serene views overlooking the McLeod Creek to one side, and the majestic Park City ski area & Jupiter Peak to the other.

At the heart of the home, a large seating area with a roaring wood fire invites guests to gather at the end of the day to share stories, play games, or catch a movie/sports on the large TV mounted above the fireplace. The family-sized dining table, conveniently adjacent to the open-plan kitchen, ensures everyone stays connected. French doors open onto a large covered deck with a gas grill, table, and chairs, offering direct views and the soothing sound of the McLeod Creek below.
Luxurious Accommodations:
Upstairs, the master suite boasts a king-size bed, a smart TV, and a newly re-modeled ensuite bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower, heated floor, and a heated towel rail, plus a separate double vanity. The master also opens onto a private balcony, perfect for appreciating the babbling creek. Bedroom 2 offers another king-size bed with a smart TV, and Bedroom 3 has a queen-size bed, a smart TV, and a desk. A second, beautifully remodeled bathroom with a walk-in shower is shared between these two rooms.
Bedroom 4 is located downstairs in the airy basement area, featuring a king bed, a cozy gas fireplace, a futon (suitable for a child), and its own full bathroom. This level is easily accessed via the private garage.

Why they chose this property

ParkView is a wonderful, centrally located complex in the heart of Park City. Sitting almost half way between Park City's Mountain Village and Canyon's Village, it offers amazing access to both areas. The public bus runs right past the condo, so getting anywhere is a breeze. It is surrounded by great amenities for shopping, dining and sports, (golf, hiking, biking in summer, snow shoeing, XC skiing and downhill skiing in winter) all within a short walk or bus ride. Need I say more? This owner fell in love with the exact location of this beautiful home. It opens onto the multi-use path, allowing for running, biking and hiking from the doorstep in the summer, and snow-shoeing, hiking and cross country on a groomed trail in the winter. The brook behind the house is a delight for both human residents and wildlife! The property has been remodeled to create a stunning retreat where they can spend most summers enjoying their little spot of paradise and everything that the city has to offer within a mile or two.
