Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Collect all garbage and deliver to bins in the rear of parking lot
Do not make used beds, leave sheets on beds
Gather all used towels & place in Laundry room
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All Guests must be registered on the reservation. Maximum 4 Guests including visitors in Townhome at any time.
No parties or events allowed. No smoking or vaping inside the Townhome. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Please be considerate of neighbors by adhering to quiet times 10pm - 7am and utilizing the two assigned parking spaces marked with “2535”

Our stay at this townhome was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we walked in, it truly felt like a home away from home. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated with calming touches, and exceptionally well maintained.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, and the bathrooms were thoughtfully equipped with plenty of essentials. Every detail had clearly been considered to make guests feel comfortable.The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax after a busy day.We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would gladly book this townhome again. This charming townhouse hugged you as soon as you walked in the door. The amenities were perfect, couch and chair in living room were comfortable. The beds were PERFECT and a good night's rest was guaranteed! The townhome was very clean and neat, everything in its place and fully stocked with everything you could ask for! We will be back!
