We would like to clarify that we were not informed of your late arrival until approximately 9:30 PM on Friday, nearly six hours after the scheduled check-in time and after the front desk had closed for the evening. Once you contacted the front desk the following morning, they promptly relocated and upgraded you to a different room. Later that day, both the front desk and housekeeping checked in with you, and you confirmed that you were satisfied with the accommodations. When Vrbo contacted us regarding your concerns on Saturday evening, we verified with the front desk that the room change had already been completed and that the matter had been resolved. We also followed up with you directly through Vrbo. While we appreciate all guest feedback, we were not made aware of any additional concerns during the remainder of your stay despite having provided direct contact information and assistance throughout your visit. We take cleanliness very seriously, and all rooms are thoroughly cleaned and inspected between guests. We've had many satisfied repeat guests that have enjoyed their stay at our facility through the years and wish your experience would have been the same.
