The home sleeps up to 11 guests across 6 beds and includes 3.5 bathrooms, a private heated pool, 6-person hot tub, game room, pool table, arcade game, Smart TV, board games, kids’ bunk room with life-size LEGOs, fire pit, outdoor seating, full kitchen, laundry, garage, and driveway parking. The main living room offers comfortable group seating, a gas fireplace, and a bright open layout, while the fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, generous prep space, and dining areas for shared meals. Bedroom 1 features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and jetted tub. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, Bedroom 3 includes a bunk bed and life-size LEGOs, Bedroom 4 has a queen bed, and Bedroom 5 has a double bed. The game room is set up for easy indoor entertainment with a pool table, arcade game, Smart TV, board games, and lounge seating. Outside, guests can enjoy the private heated pool, 6-person hot tub, pool loungers, fenced backyard, fire pit, and outdoor seating. A washer and dryer are available for guest use, along with garage and driveway parking. Guests have private access to the bedrooms, bathrooms, living and dining areas, kitchen, game room, pool, hot tub, fenced backyard, fire pit, laundry area, garage, and driveway. Please note: The pool is open seasonally from May 1st through October 19th. Radiant Oaks Retreat is located in West Omaha near parks, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and everyday essentials. Nearby dining options include Sip and Spice, El Alambre, and Pickleman’s. Coffee options include Holy Grounds Coffee and Sweetbeans Coffee Co. Grocery and everyday essentials are available at Hy-Vee and Fareway. Outdoor destinations nearby include Zorinsky Lake Park and Chalco Hills Recreation Area. Great find in a quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was perfect on a cold November night. 5 big bedrooms so everyone had privacy but plenty of room for being together on the main floor as well as downstairs game room. House was clean and comfortable with lots of seating.

We did not use the hot tub, but the house was wonderful and suited our needs wonderfully. It was clean and waiting for us when we arrived; everything was just as was shone in the pictures or stated online. We would use it again if we need another place to stay. It would be a great place for overflow if many relatives or friends were all in Omaha for the weekend and you need more space.
