Equipped with full size kitchen (has everything you need to cook), sleeper sofa, 50 inch HDTV smart with cable. Enjoy relaxing on the balcony with beautiful views of the ocean. Hi, I'm Marcia. My husband and I purchases this condo as an investment and to use while the condo is not rented. We live only a few blocks away and are at the condo any chance we can get.

Why they chose this property

I have gone the extra mile for my guests to make sure they have a wonderful stay. Guests often tell me it's the cleanest rental they have every stayed at. I try to have the condo well stocked for my guests as well.

We also have another unit located directly below this unit. Perfect for families traveling together!
