Our home is located just 2.1 miles from University of Phoenix Stadium, Westgate Entertainment District, Gila River Arena, the Tanger Outlets, and just 1.7 miles from Top Golf. Just minutes away is Camelback Ranch and the Peoria Sports complex, multiple golf courses, PIR(nascar)American Sports Center, and GCU. A short drive away from the major highways which allows for a short drive to Downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tempe.

This is your home away from home, when you arrive you will have everything you need to relax. Newly remodeled the master bedroom is equipped with a king size memory foam mattress w/ 43in. 4k smart tv. The two additional bedrooms have queen size memory foam mattresses also w/ 43in. 4k smart tv's. All 3 bedrooms have walk-in closets for extra storage.

You will walk into a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and everything you need to prepare the perfect meal, as well as a BBQ on Patio.

Walking distance to Camelback Ranch spring training for the Dodgers and White Sox, and just 2 miles from University of Phoenix Stadium, Westgate Entertainment District, and Tanger Outlets, and Desert Diamond Casino.
