Never met the host. Amenities were good. The bed mattress was very hard as well as all the property seating. The other guests all joked about around the pool

Thank you for staying with us and for the feedback. I’m sorry you didn’t have the chance to meet the host — we aim to be available and will review our check-in communications so guests know how to reach us. I also apologize the mattress and seating were too firm; we have toppers upon request and would have delivered them if requested. You were a great guest, and we’d love to welcome you back.
